Bob joined the Gallagher Benefit Services Houston office in September 2012 resulting from the successful merger/acquisition of Sunday and Associates/City-County Benefit Services (SAI/CCBS) whom he had been a Partner with since 1983. SAI/CCBS positioned itself as a premier Public Niche fee based Group Employer Health and Welfare Benefits Consulting Firm, managing $300 million of self-funded and fully insured Group Health Plan receipts/premium expenditures for Texas employers.

Bob is directly involved in all segments of Employer Group Plan strategies, and considers his skills in developing an effective managed care cost/benefit proposition for Employers and Plan Members among his strengths. Recently, he has developed an acumen for navigating Employers through the complexities of PPACA/ Healthcare Reform He champions wellness and disease management initiatives embracing effective trends in the marketplace such as Private Defined Contribution Exchanges, Employer based Clinic, Telemedicine, and Accountable Care platforms. Gallagher warehouses a tremendous analytics platform and data is king. Using data to source adverse cost trends is vital to bending that curve.

Bob has lived in Fort Bend County since 1983 and he and his wife Bobbi are very involved in Fort Bend County Civic organizations. He currently sits on the Sugar Land Town Center TIRZ Board, The Fort Bend Industrial Bond Board, and the Fort Bend Economic Development Board. He has numerous private and public personal references on file.
